A: I am using simple Windos Media Player with Win. 10 and it works great.
Q: Does it work with 5ghz wi-fi network band?
A: It works only with 2,4GHz WiFi network band
Q: Since this item has a built in wifi hotspot do I still need a home network?
A: Yes! You need your own home network for the device to connect to WiFi and be able to stream the video to your phone when you are not local. The cam only has a local network in order to connect your cam to your home network, using your phone.
In other words, the built in network is to connect your phone to the cam.
Q: Can I talk to Nanny when I am away from home?
A: Yes, you can.
Q: Does the audio play back just on the phone app or can it play when downloaded to a computer?
